Everything Disc forms an essential component of the ® Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program.
Everything DiSC is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model. This simple yet powerful model describes four basic styles: D, i, S, and C, and serves as the foundation for the Everything DiSC Application Suite. Participants receive personalized insights that deepen their understanding of self and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective. Self-awareness forms a core component of leadership development, team building, and organizational effectiveness. Everything DiSC provides a simple and intuitive method to increase self-awareness and understand your priorities and tendencies when working with others. Additionally, you will appreciate conditions that cause you stress and how you typically react when facing conflict. Through the use of videos and interactive individual and team exercises, you will achieve a clear understanding of the four primary DiSC styles: (D) Dominance, (i) Influence, (S) Steadiness, and (C) Conscientiousness. Understanding yourself and the DiSC model provides a foundation for understanding others and improving relationships.

Did you ever wonder why working with some people proves challenging? Perhaps you each have different or opposing priorities and tendencies. During the Everything DiSC program, you will participate in individual and group exercises to understand the priorities and tendencies of the other DiSC styles and how you tend to react to those styles. Additionally, the activities will reveal the specific challenges you face when working with other people with different DiSC styles. Understanding the similarities and differences among your coworkers creates the opportunity to build effective relationships.
Developing and maintaining effective relationships forms a core element of leadership, team, and organizational success. Part three of the Everything DiSC program provides you with the knowledge and skills to bridge the gap, overcome obstacles, and develop stronger relationships with people of differing styles. Participation in group activities offers the opportunity to utilize your knowledge of DiSC and enhance your skills of relationship building. The creation of an action plan to build more effective relationships completes the program.
